Update: It is now working with iOS 14 if you download the latest version of the app.
Nintendo has confirmed today that their popular Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp smartphone title won’t work with Apple’s IOS 14 which launches for iPhone and iPad (iPadOS 14) tomorrow. The company says that users should try and hold off downloading the wide ranging update for iPhones and iPad, though they have mentioned that they are trying to implement a fix for this month at an unspecified time.

At least this game is not dropping support for older OS unlike another super-popular app about catching virtual creatures.
It doesn’t work on beta and I’m sad
What a dick move from Apple. They’re doing their best to force people into buying onto their Apple Arcade.
Nintendo has known about this for over three months. They had plenty of time to update their app. It stopped working on the first developer beta and people posted about it.
With the latest update, I cannot click on a hydrangea or umbrella to give a player. I have to click on the little icon on bottom right of screen and then go to the players main sticker page. Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon.
