Legendary developer Michel Ancel has retired from the video game industry

Michel Ancel, the acclaimed developer behind the Rayman franchise and Beyond Good & Evil, has announced this afternoon that he is retiring from the video games industry. Mr Ancel has spent over 30 years making acclaimed video games like Rayman Origins and the Beyond Good & Evil and has decided to turn his attention to his second passion, caring for wildlife. He is starting a “New project takes place in the real world and consists in a wild life open sanctuary dedicated to education , nature lovers and … wild animals.” We wish Mr. Ancel all the best on his new career.
