Rumour: Kotaku claims Grand Theft Auto Remastered Trilogy coming to Nintendo Switch this year

Popular gaming site Kotaku says that their sources have informed them that Rockstar has been busy creating a Grand Theft Auto Remastered Trilogy for all current systems and iOS and Android. The three classic games would be high definition ports of the classic Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and are reportedly due this holiday season. However, the timing seems a little off as Rockstar will be releasing the new and improved PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S versions of Grand Theft Auto V in November, which was originally released in 2013. As with all rumours we shall have to wait and see what transpires, but it would be good to see the Grand Theft Auto franchise appear on the Nintendo Switch, whatever form it takes.

  1. It’s Kotaku, i don’t believe them even if it were true. Also i only believe in the horse’s mouth not some shmoe off the internet.

  2. Chinatown Wars let’s go. Sequel would be dope but port shouldn’t be too hard. I wish they kept top down somewhat alive like how Nintendo did 2d Mario along with 3D releases.

  3. The odds of that happening are like Klara being updated for pokemon shield players to let her be a partner in the Galarian star tournament.

  4. I like the ps2 gta games as well as 4 and 5 but none of them will be on Nintendo switch. This rumor is faker than that IGN Zelda movie trailer.

  5. I don’t see it happening as it wouldn’t make financial sense. If anything, maybe a GTA V port, but that won’t happen either because GTA VI won’t come to switch. All dumb rumors.
