Earlier today, Nintendo released a new Pokemon Presents video presentation. Pokemon Unite received some attention, but the main focus was put on Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl and especially Pokémon Legends: Arceus. More information was showed on the games, and for the latter, a release date was announced.
Nintendo and The Pokemon Company have announced that Pokémon Legends: Arceus is going to be releasing on the Nintendo Switch on January 28th, 2022. If you pre-order the game, you can receive a Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set. Nintendo’s official tweet about the matter is down below.
The shading and graphical style used for the game’s world strongly reminds me of Breath of the Wild.
None of the original Starters but majority of the Pokémon from that Gen?
Mkay.
Well yeah, it’s set in Ancient Sinnoh and long before modern Pokemon’s history. The concept of starters and the like wouldn’t be anywhere near as developed, especially considering the point of the game is to actually create a Pokedex through field work.
that makes no sense at all.
Generation 1 is the start of the story that we knew growing up.
It’s lazy game making, because they’re running out of idea’s and have been for years.
I’m keeping any Growlithe and Basculin I get from wonder trade until this game comes out. I have 40 fire stones. I’ll use TM’s for facade, brine, icy wind, mud shot, fire fang, dig and thief.
Least Eevee is confirmed. Now the question is how far in the game is she b4 we can get one?
