It is finally time for the Holiday Tour to kick off in Mario Kart Tour and it promises to be quite an event. There’s some lovely Christmas-themed outfits for some of your favourite characters to wear including a snazzy one for Mario and one for Bowser, along with some turbo-charged festive themed karts, and finally Toadette (Penguin suit). Nintendo says that there will be multiple events happening across three consecutive tours in Mario Kart Tour along with multi-tour challenges with a high-end driver, a new driver you can get by placing high in the ranked cups. Mario Kart Tour is free-to-play and available now on iOS and Android.
Whoever wished on a monkey’s paw for Nintendo to develop a follow up to MK8 with post-launch support and years of “free” content updates, I hope you’re happy.
