Rumour: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered apparently being ported to Switch

A video game insider is reporting that the Call of Duty franchise will make its debut on the Nintendo Switch in the form of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. The remastered version of the classic Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Call of Duty game launched on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2016. Microsoft has expressed interest in bringing the popular series to the Nintendo Switch family of systems once the deal for Activision Blizzard goes through. Microsoft President Brad Smith said earlier this year that the company would “like to bring [Call of Duty] to Nintendo devices.”

  1. Fps fanboys get COD MOD remasters, i just want WWE ports for current gen or the servers to not shutdown for the current year once they release a new installment. A few years ago i played Smackdown vs Raw 2010 and the servers was still active, yet 2k shutdowns their servers for newer games. I want a WcW Nitro port or ECW, TNA Impact etc games i’d actually play, unlike COD MOD. Have they ever ported a wrestling game, like WWE All stars. They shutdown the servers making it impossible to play online. But apparently people care about COD still.

    1. I think you are the clown cuz Nintendo delayed Advance Wars not cancelled it or have zero plans to release this year, it’s still coming this year. Also we don’t know if CoD is coming to Switch and when which more than likely is releasing late 2022/early 2023. I don’t care for CoD, if i had to choose between the superior game called Elden Ring and the literal copy pasta game called CoD i would rather choose the game that will get me to git gud.

  2. When the ABK deal goes through I hope that Nintendo and Microsoft/ABK can get a few employees together and make a Call of duty game just for the Switch that would be awesome I mean 10 years so why not right?
