Japan: Famitsu readers most wanted games

The latest Famitsu most wanted video games charts are now here and there’s no change at the top spot for Final Fantasy XVI which leads the pack with 684 votes. Splatoon 3 is catching upon with Square Enix’s latest mainline Final Fantasy game with 620 votes this week. We don’t have long to wait for Splatoon 3 as the game launches on the Nintendo Switch on 9th September, whereas Final Fantasy XVI isn’t due out until summer 2023. All votes were cast between 28th July and 3rd August.
