Most watched trailers at Gamescom 2022 Opening Night Live

The Gamescom Opening Night Live presentation hosted by Geoff Keighley was a big success as gamers eagerly watched flashy new trailers for games which are due to be released this holiday season and beyond across multiple platforms. We now know which trailers were the most viewed on YouTube after 24 hours of them making their debut. The most watched trailer was for the visually impressive Genshin Impact, which focussed on the free-to-play game’s new region which is named, Sumeru. The game led the pack by quite a distance, drawing in a total of 1.9 million+ views. The second most watched trailer was for Sonic Team’s new project Sonic Frontiers which launched across multiple platforms this holiday and was viewed around 1.4 million+.

  1. Genshin Impact with 1.9m+ views, mmmmk sorry i couldn’t get into Genshin Impact and all it’s micro transaction and Gatcha system glory after playing SAO. Re Hallow Fragment, Lost Song, Realization, Accel World vs sword Art, Fatal bullet, Lycoris. SAO makes Genshin Impact look like childs play.
    I’ve played Dead Island and Ripe Tide can’t wait until Dead Island 2, I’ve got the Dead Island Ripe Tide rigamortis edition.
