The animated prologue series for Sonic Frontiers is here and it is wonderful with fabulous animation, the mighty Knuckles and a number of adorable Chao, oh, and and plenty of explosive action. The story of this episode revolves around Knuckles as the Guardian of the Master Emerald who is caught up in a discovery which turns his world upside down. There were plenty of renowned people involved in this project such as Tyson Hesse (graphic novel illustrator), Ian Flynn (comic book writer) and Powerhouse Animation Studios, and more. Dave KILLED it as Knuckles, and it was a breath of fresh air to watch the Echidna NOT be portrayed as a useless idiot: kudos to Flynn for that one 🎉
And the animation was beautiful: Sega and Powerhouse Studios should just give us a full on Sonic series with Flynn doing the story☺️
