This month, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are going to be releasing on the Nintendo Switch. This also means that, if you want to pre-order and haven’t done so yet, you’ll want to do it very soon. In the meantime, a little data is coming in about how pre-orders are going in Japan.
Twitter user Pierre485 showed some data on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet pre-orders at a local store chain called COMG. According to their data, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has been pre-ordered more than any other Pokemon generation released on the Switch, including Legends Arceus. It also managed to surpass the first 3 days of sales made by any Pokemon game on the Switch, and it was done with only pre-orders. Their tweets about the matter can be seen down below.
