Today’s Nintendo Direct has dropped some more information about the next wave of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass. Wave 4 will contain the Yoshi’s Island course, and Birdo will be coming to the game as a new playable character.
The 4th wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s Booster Course Pass will be available to play this spring. You can see the trailer about the matter down below.
Birdo inclusion probably means Diddy, funky, and Pauline can come back, that yoshi course looks awesome though.
I’m counting on those characters you mentioned. I’m hoping for them to come in for one of the waves.

You have no idea how much I hope you’re right. I’m holding out hope that E. Gadd will eventually become a playable racer; I’ve wanted him in the games since MKDS.
