The official Gothic game account has teased that the original Gothic game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. The lengthy RPG was originally released on the PC back in 2001 and became a cult classic, so it is great to hear that German developer, Piranha Bytes, is remastering it and porting it over to the Switch. It is not apparent what quality of life improvements the Nintendo Switch port of Gothic will contain, but lets at least hope for some silky smooth gameplay and less clunky controls over the original version.
