The latest boxed video game charts are in from the largest gaming market in Europe, the United Kingdom. It will come as no surprise to learn that Capcom’s long-awaited Resident Evil 4 Remake remains at No.1 during its second week on sale. In other chart news, the sublime Super Mario Odyssey for the Nintendo Switch saw a small boost in sales this week due to promotions, and of course, the arrival of the incoming The Super Mario Bros. Movie which will arrive in cinemas this week. Here’s the GfK UK Boxed Top Ten for the week ending 25th March:
| Last Week | This Week | Title |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | Resident Evil 4 Remake |
| 3 | 2 | FIFA 23 |
| 2 | 3 | Hogwarts Legacy |
| 6 | 4 | Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 |
| 5 | 5 | Mario Kart 8 Deluxe |
| Re-Entry | 6 | Gotham Knights |
| 4 | 7 | WWE 2K23 |
| 7 | 8 | Super Mario Odyssey |
| 8 | 9 | God of War Ragnarok |
| 10 | 10 | Minecraft (Switch Edition) |

They did a great job with WWE2k23, specifically MyRise. I like how the campaign has options during the dialogue and branching storylines that affect the outcome at the end requiring multiple play throughs.
