Sonic Prime premiered on Netflix last December. However, it quickly became clear that there was supposed to be more episodes to come. There was eventually confirmation that more episodes would be coming in 2023, but other than that, SEGA and Netflix have not said anything about the show since.
Well, that has changed. The official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account confirmed earlier today that more episodes of Sonic Prime will be premiering on Netflix on July 13th. They didn’t say exactly how many episodes would be premiering, but nevertheless, the Sonic Prime adventure is about to continue. You can see the announcement tweet down below.
This is literally the only show I care about on Netflix now, so glad to see this coming back
