Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 getting major free update tomorrow

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been available for around 7 years now, 6 of which have included the version that has been released on the Nintendo Switch. However, believe it or not, the game is still receiving some support, including updates. In fact, the latest example of this was confirmed earlier today.

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Dimps have announced that a major update for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is releasing tomorrow, and it will be available for free. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available right now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Stadia. The game will be ported to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2024.

  1. Gamer who’s only ever played Sonic Frontiers:
“Man, I’m getting major Sonic Frontiers vibes from this”

  2. Bamco announced that a major update will be available free, i thought all updates was free but thank’s for the information. I can’t ever recall having to pay for an update.

  3. Why won’t they let this barebones game end already? I didn’t like it when it was announced and I don’t like it now.

    1. You may not like it, but that doesn’t make it “bare bones” plenty of people like Xenoverse 2, that’s why they keep releasing more dlc and updates. I just wish they’d make a third game. Stop being salty and toxic.

  4. The fact that they continue to release content for a Dragonball game that’s reaching its seventh year brings me hope that they will continue dlc to provide all of dragon ball super for kakarot.
