Nintendo has announced the theme of the next Splatoon 3 Splatfest, and of course, it is all about the Christmas holiday season. They specifically want to know whether you are Team Friends, Team Family, or Team Solo during the all-important Christmas. You can cast your vote from Friday, 5th January, and the actual event will kick off on Friday, 12th January.
I find it funny that December is the only time big run and splatfest don’t happen around the same month
So in case you don’t know, from left to right, the teams are always represented by Shiver, Frye, and Big Man, which means they are Team Friends, Team Family, and Team Solo, respectively.
There is NO way Big Man would be on Team Solo, but Frye already has Team Family which also makes sense since she has younger sisters that she adores. If not Family, Big Man should be Friends, since he’s willing to reach out to others to collaborate with (as evidenced by his work with the Squid Sisters as Ian BGM). The lorekeepers for Splatoon are gonna have to give us a good explanation as to why Big Man would be Team Solo, because I just don’t see him being on that team.
Thank you this coming from the same character that pick team love and hug and hypes up not only his friends but his fans as well, this definitely seems like a way to give shiver a slight winning edge can’t wait to see what out of character comment big man and shiver will be making this time around.
