Really glad peach is doing well I really hope this will push nintendo to make more spinoff games with other Mario characters as well give peach her own dedicated series like Luigi and Yoshi
Here’s hoping for a Waluigi game starring ProtonJon as ProtonWah and RosaJon.
Good to hear, glad for Good-Feel and all Peach fans.
In terms of debuts for Nintendo 1st party games, those sales numbers are fairly mediocre. Super Mario Bros. Wonder, probably the last big original Nintendo release and which also features Princess Peach, sold ~639,000 in its opening weekend in Japan. Which absolutely dwarves the sales of Princess Peach: Showtime!.
