Nintendo has announced that the Splatoon 3 + Expansion Pass bundle is coming west and you won’t have to wait long until you can get your hands on it as it’s releasing on Thursday, 25th July. The bundle also handily includes a three month Nintendo Switch Online subscription, so you can immerse yourself in the title and also the great retro games on offer on the Nintendo Switch Online service.
Wait, did Nintendo kinda confirm when Nintendo Switch Online is going to end? 2028 perhaps??
It’s not going to end and it’s probably going to be even more pricy
If you think logically there’s no way in hell Nintendo (or any other company) will stop doing a highly profitable paid subscription service with high attach rate like NSO (or XBL/PSN). Free online won’t come back to any of the big console makers.
I wish they just added the DLC as the free downloadable content you get for having the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pass. They have Splatoon 2’s on there. Would be nice if they swapped it or added Splatoon 3’s to it
