IGN has published a fresh interview with the Head of Respawn & Group GM for EA Studios Organization Vince Zampella to talk about the future of the mismanaged Battlefield franchise. Talk quickly turned to the successor to the Nintendo Switch, which Zampella says he can not comment on, though he said that Nintendo is a “great” partner and are “important” to Ea’s overall business. While he didn’t have anything to announce, he did say that there’s a chance that the next Battlefield game could come to the Switch 2.
“I mean, since [Switch 2] isn’t announced and it doesn’t exist, I can’t really comment on that. But I would say absolutely, Nintendo, along with Microsoft and Sony are great partners for us, are important to us on our business at EA, at Respawn, would love to see it,” Zampella says. “We don’t have anything to announce, but is there a world? Sure. We love them as partners. They’ve been great to us. I love the [Switch].”

Nobody can make tight gunplay mechanics like respawn, I hope to god they release a new version of apex with 60 fps or titanfall 1/2 on the switch, every weapon on apex feels amazing to use, except the l-star.
