If legitimately small developers are being shown Switch 2, I think we can take that to mean announcement is imminent, because Nintendo must know once they show it to small devs, it is likely to be leaked. But there’s a lot of ifs, buts and maybes in there.

They should do a video reveal and a live presentation, like the ones from the Switch. A direct is pre-recorded with no live parts, while the presentation showed Koizumi interacting with the console live and built anticipation for the event.
Well it seems they are getting ready to reveal the hybrid sequal, but it’s still early at this stage. I’d say until the bigger devs have seen it, then it will be our turn. I definitely believe we will see this thing by the end of October.
