Over six million people have pre-registered for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket

The Pokémon Company has announced that over six million people worldwide have now pre-registered for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket ahead of its October 30 release on iOS and Android.

Experience the fun of collecting Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards with Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, an upcoming game for iOS and Android devices from Creatures Inc., the original developers of the Pokémon TCG, and DeNA Co., Ltd.

In this game, you will be able to open two booster packs every day at no cost. You can collect digital cards featuring nostalgic artwork from the past as well as brand-new cards that are exclusive to Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.

Be on the lookout for new “immersive cards,” which will make you feel as though you’ve leapt into the world of the card’s illustration.

  1. It’s so much fun. Great way to play matches. In the tabletop game, my household plays pre release style (4 prizes, 40 cards) so this feels kind of similar. Had some of the closest games ever with my kids over the past couple of weeks.

  2. Nintendo and Pokemon remain boastfully uncreative. This is all they can come up with for their new idea? Pathetic

    1. I mean at least it is better than Pokemon TCG Live, which is a glitchy mess with terrible pack opening, one of the main parts of the game. This is just a far better version of it but I can see what you are saying, how they are just constantly repeating old ideas.
