Sonic X Shadow Generations has only been available for a couple of months. In fact, downloadable content for the game just came out earlier tonight. However, that doesn’t mean SEGA wants to let the momentum stall out. The Blue Blur still has more adventures to come, and The Game Awards has offered some insight into Sonic’s next game.
SEGA has announced a new racing game. The game is called Sonic Racing Crossworlds. There will be more information on the game coming next year, but a release date was not mentioned. That said, it was stated that it will be releasing on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. I love how it’s call sonic cross roads and the trailer doesn’t even show even a frame of sonic in it, I hope this turns out well though it really just seems like sonic team just pops these out and don’t try to update them enough to feel fleshed out or help them stay relevant long enough, sonic content is so iffy to me in general nowadays, I’ll still keep my eyes on the game for now.
This has to be related to Sonic X DC comics crossover possibly.

The problem is they are not giving what the fans are asking for Sonic Adventures 3 and a sequel to Sonic Colors. Had they just listened to what we want we could have been on Sonic Adventures 8 by now.
I love how it only shows shadow and his racing vehicle instead of Sonic honestly. The last Sonic racing game didn’t go so well despite no DLC content whatsoever, I’m hoping the new one will have one this time perhaps.
