Nintendo is proving to be a beast in the markets as the Kyoto-based company’s share price is currently at an all-time high ahead of the Nintendo Switch 2 launch on 5th June. Stock has risen due to the demand of the console which has proved to be extremely lucrative with pre-orders reaching historic levels in Japan and around the world. It will be interesting to see how many Nintendo Switch 2 units are sold when the console finally releases on 5th June.
Console launches are almost all successes… Where it will be really interesting is in the long term because we can’t say that its game releases are narrow!
This is going to be the biggest launch for a console in the history of the industry, and preorders (in the count of millions) sold out in mere minutes. I don’t suspect the demand will calm down any time soon.
Mario Kart launching day one will ensure demand to stay high for quite a long time. Good luck finding them on shelves any time soon.

Nintendo is the last console that matters now, I’m not surprised one bit, I’m not gonna buy the switch 2 day one but its still the console I want the most right now. PlayStation and Xbox releases are way less and more available thanks to the pc ports. Nintendo knows they are going to score big with this console and the proof is in pricing their switch 2 introduction manual game for 10 bucks.
There’s a rumour that to calibrate your joycons is charged DLC :)

Once again I see the usual people always on this site and always being toxic and honestly cringe, people can have different opinions and share said opinions and I agree with them. Game Pricing, basically every 3rd party game being on key Cards, Mario Kart World for me at least looks like a huge disappointment, I think that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the better game and World looks too close graphically to a game from 2014. Sharing your game Screen with friends on Switch 2 shows the game at like five FPS. Not enough Storage, no hall effect sticks in the Joy cons, Nintendo intentionally not having the price for things in the Switch Direct because they knew that what they were doing was wrong. Things can sell but that doesn’t mean its Good or Quality or Right. People Like all of you are why the Pokemon games are complete trash now. You all keep defending Pokemon and buying their slop and you do the same thing with Nintendo as a whole. A real Fan would care about the things that they love and things that are happening with it. You are all doing exactly what Nintendo as a soulless corporation wants.

Also Brainless would be the ones blindly defending companies like Nintendo when they are obviously doing things that are pretty horrible. Again, it’s why Pokemon Games have become slop now because you all mindlessly consume and enable bad practices that Corporations use to take advantage of you all. When Game prices raise again from $80 to $100 but minimum wage and salary stays the same you are all going to be like “This is fine”. Though most of you are probably still living with and off of your parents.
I still find $80 games extremely disgusting and yeah 95% of 3rd party games being on those key carts along with things like not changing to hall effect sticks, the paid upgrades, locking retro games behind a paid drip feed subscription service and not giving consumers the option to purchase said games. I always loved Nintendo but I’m not supporting that. Also yeah, Mario Kart on Switch 2 could have been so much better.
