Capcom has disclosed its top ten video game series of all-time with updated figures provided by the prominent Japanese gaming company. The top-selling series, by quite a large amount, are the Resident Evil series at No.1 and the Monster Hunter series at No.2. Total sales of the Resident Evil franchise are currently at 170 million and the Monster Hunter series is at 150 million. Here’s Capcom’s best-selling franchises.

- Street Fighter – 56M
- Mega Man – 43M
- Devil May Cry – 33M
- Dead Rising – 18M
- Ace Attorney – 13M
- Dragon’s Dogma – 13M
- Marvel vs. Capcom – 12M
- Onimusha – 8.7M
My personal favorite is definitely Dragons Dogma, it’s in my top 5 favorite games not just from Capcom but games in general.
Title should be Franchises, not games.
I wish Darkstalkers was on here , but they keep neglecting the series
They can be proud of their franchises. Most of their games are awesome! Capcom is my favorite developer studio after Nintendo.
Bring back the Breath Of Fire series. Though I worry it won’t be the same.
