They generally get no representation in Mario Kart because they’re not mainline Mario games that were developed in-house at Nintendo EPD. The mainline series tends to ignore the RPGs as well.
Definitive mario kart game. Brings up a thought. I think MK8 will be the definitive game of “classic” MK for a while. MK world seems to be a new direction and type of MK as we know. At some point I think we will get another remaster of MK8. Maybe even a “retro” type of Mk 15 years from now. One where you select individual levels, where the new standard will be open world racing game.
