Next month’s Summer Game Fest is shaping up to be something special judging from the first batch of partners. You’ve got Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, Square Enix, Capcom, and more. While the Summer Game Fest event has had the tendency to be a little hit or miss, it does look as though organiser Geoff Keighley is determined that it will be solid replacement for E3. Summer Game Fest kicks off on 6th June.

Did you see Aonuma’s interview where he said he doesn’t understand why people like classic Zelda games and claims that BotW/TotK’s open world style is objectively superior? If they remade OoT they would probably remake it to play more like BotW

Did you miss how TotK though a commercial success is a fan failure and they immediately decided to go back to the previous format and abandon the open world style for the next main entry?

I hope we get a Direct this month and at least the rumored Arc System title gets revealed for November 2025 release. Hoping its a massive Shonen Jump crossover game.

Probably not. 9 remake fair chance but the others no. 9 and tactics remake look set for 2026. FF7 will for sure show in 2026 for a 2027 release if there’s no delay and KH4 you may want to move on that thing will be canceled screenshots dont equal its coming out😬
9 yes, remake part 3 probably later this year or next year, kh dont hold your breath even if its made dont expect it to be good after all the issues story wise 3 had and the development waits the franchise isn’t sustainable and Nomura might leave the story unfinished and retire. The cope is sick.
FF7 Remake and Rebirth had big story issues as well, what with the time ghosts stuff, the alternate universe, and don’t get me started on the ending to Rebirth.
