Game UK re-opening Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders for cancelations

UK video game retailer Game was ridiculed yesterday by frustrated customers whose pre-orders for the long-awaited Nintendo Switch 2 were canceled for no specified reason. Thankfully today they are making amends. The company has started emailing customers who had their orders cancelled that they can now pre-order a Nintendo Switch 2 console. It is not clear why the consoles were canceled in the first place, with the retailer not specifying a reason. Keep an eye on your email inbox if you pre-ordered with Game.

  1. GAME is the last place I would pre order a console from, overpriced and seem to have issues quite often. Mine from Shopto is still on track

    1. I get the issues with Game, but how can you say the pre order is over priced when it’s the exact same price as everywhere else. Where Game fail on pre orders is actually delivering them!

  2. Anyone that pre-ordered through game deserve to be disappointed tbh. So many actual reputable shops that will actually ship the console on time.

  3. Genuinely can’t stand this kind of carry on.
    Who’s next?
Terrible consumer rights in this country.

  4. I pre-ordered the Switch 2 from GAME back in April. Thankfully my order wasn’t cancelled and they’ve now taken payment.
