Rare has had a reasonably big shakeup in recent times with former boss Craig Duncan now the head of Xbox Game Studios. VGC reporter Andy Robinson, who is close to Rare staff, says that the new management at the UK-based studio would be much more open to revisiting the iconic Banjo-Kazooie. Although the majority of staffers who worked on the Nintendo 64 smash hits like Banjo-Kazooie and Conker have departed the studio, the one and only Gregg Mayles still works at Rare in a senior position.

  1. No thank you. Let Vicarious Visions take it just bring them back from being Blizzard NY. Give them Banjo, Conker, Kameo, Blinx, Mech Assault, Tony Hawk Underground, Spyro, Crash, True Crime, Nightmare Creatures, Fuzion Frenzy, all of that. Give Battletoads to Lizardcube and DotEmu to make a new one of. Arzezt should take on new Blinx.
