Warner Bros has unveiled the official trailer for the long-awaited Mortal Kombat II movie which features plenty of over the top martial arts action and special effects, The movie is directed by Simon McQuoid, who helmed the 2021 adventure. This looks bad but at the same time makes nostalgic about to bad movie adaptations from the 90’s
I think it looks great. Whether it actually IS great is another matter. I’m just glad to see Kano & Scorpion back. My only issue is Kano’s back to being a “good” guy. Fan favorites don’t have to be good guys, Hollywood.
Also, I want Shao Khan to kill Cole just to establish how dangerous he is.
