Nintendo has thankfully decided to add some more titles to the Nintendo Classics range of games on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, The new entries are as follows: Battletoads, Ninja Gaiden 2: The Dark Sword of Chaos, Bionic Commando and finally Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters. Anyone with an active Nintendo Switch Online membership can access these games and you can check them out below.

I’m not sure if I want to put myself through the stress of battletoads again, I can see most modern gamers giving up on this straight away.
I have some great memories of battletoads and dragons lair on the nes, I remember completing dragons lair and it felt like an incredible accomplishment.
Battletoads is a joke!
Normally, I wouldn’t play these type of difficult games on the pre-3D consoles but these have the rewind feature being in the Nintendo Classics apps. It’s why I finally played Super Ghouls ‘n Ghosts on the SNES app awhile back.
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance fans on the floor starving (for now)
Path of radiance plays great on dolphin because it’s very keyboard friendly. Same with radiant dawn. (File transfer works too) And as a NSO subscriber, it’s not like you’re cutting into their revenue.
Hopefully they will add Battletoads for the Wii too

I speedrunned this game when I was young because of its challenge, I knew all parts of the game (had a small collection of games too, no internet …), I don’t know who buy me this game, maybe it was just a troll but I liked it, it seems, my memories say that :D
Microsoft should have licensed Battletoads to DotEmu and Lizardcube the Streets Of Rage 4 team thats what Battletoads needed.
I agree, they have been killing it with ports and new games.
