Naoki Hamaguchi and Tetsuya Nomura have narrowed down title of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 to two options

Square Enix’s legends Naoki Hamaguchi and Tetsuya Nomura have announced a little bit of news about the long-awaited third part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake series. They have both finally narrowed down the title of the game to two choices and within this year they will have decided between the two choices. This presumably means that the debut trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 isn’t too far off.

“Me and Tetsuya Nomura have already narrowed it down to two, within the year we will decide on which one. Within this year it will be set.”

  1. Where is Kingdom Hearts 4? Also all the shills and weird fanboys say Nomura is not involved with the 7 remake trilogy anymore outside art

      1. Nomura makes that also sold better than FF7R at launch KH3 vs FF7R. Liking a game doesn’t make you a shill selling out and defending corporations and their products for other reasons makes you a shill.

  2. Where is Kingdom Hearts 4 it was announced first even before Rebirth but that came out. KH fans need to just boycott or better move on that franchise is a mess no satisfaction just let Square go under.

    1. FF7 Rebirth flopped according to Square Enix and the abomination “remake” trilogy was dragged out and milked. Also if you hate KH but like this you have to be a mental case it’s literally Nomura storytelling.

      1. FF7 Rebirth is selling well according to Square. Not sure why you guys keep repeating it flopped. Kingdom Hearts sucks and I don’t care for Disney characters.

        1. No they said it flopped and KH3 sold over 10 million at launch but keep lying. Square said Rebirth failed to meet expectations.

        2. Get your coke head opinion out of it. Square Enix officially said FF7 Rebirth failed to meet expectations. The business people are different from the crazy staff who make garbage like 16 also a flop and want to drag the remake of 7 to a part 4. You do know KH is a younger series with a younger demo and has more to tell unlike a reinterpretation of a old game that will eventually end they need something that can and isolating the KH demo for this long is bad hurts Square more investing a series that’s last game flopped. KH is needed and should have gotten more games not FF.

          1. They literally said it sold fine. If it didn’t they wouldn’t be talking about a part 4. It’s also selling reasonably well this long after release.

  3. Trash game and sequel to a flop! Where is Kingdom Hearts 4?!! Where is Dragon Quest 12? Square is just a mess aren’t they? Meanwhile invests in more flops like Killer Inn.

  4. The excitement is definitely starting to build! The fact that Hamaguchi and Nomura have narrowed the title down to just two options shows how far along the creative decisions are. When they reach this stage, it usually means the promotional push —and hopefully that long-awaited debut trailer— isn’t too far behind.

After how impressive Rebirth was, expectations for the final chapter are sky-high, so it’s great to hear the directors are aligned and finalizing these key details. The moment they reveal the official title, the entire FFVII community is going to light up with hype.

    Thanks for the note, Sickr.
