Gamereactor has announced that the Nintendo Switch 2 has now become the fastest-selling Nintendo console in Spain. The platform has sold over 312,000 console’s since its release worldwide in June. The system has made the milestone of fastest-selling Nintendo console three months quicker than the Nintendo Switch did, which was previously the fastest-selling Nintendo platform. The Nintendo Switch 2 seems to be beating records the world over, so Nintendo will clearly be pleased with its progress.
Spain: The Nintendo Switch 2 has become the fastest selling Nintendo console

No surprise. Switch 1 will surpass PS2 lifetime sales and Switch 2 will beat PS5 easy.
Only time will tell in the long run… the question here is whether Nintendo will be able to maintain the excitement like they did with the first one… and for now, it’s not really attracting any “new” consumers…
Moreover, it’s still unclear whether the RAM shortage will negatively affect the console in the years to come; other manufacturers are already feeling the effects…
Lame. I mean, the console is alright I guess.. but it still arrived late because Nintendo wanted to milk the original so much this delaying this which would’ve already been slightly dated even if released 2 years earlier.
And then they fuck up Mario Kart again by being lazy with content, or I should say lack of content.. Mario Kart DS was the only one they put good effort into, the others are mostly short play session multiplayer games, the single player is a yawn fest.
Still can’t beat DKR that released all the way back on the 64 and was made in under half the time of MKW.
@Yoomer bro, Sony is still milking the PS4.
(suggestion: this Biblical verse: “Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.” – Ephesians 4:29, New Living Translation version)
This is surprising. As far as I know, spanish people only love Sony, they just hate so much nintendo and xbox. Dont know why, kinda sad. UwU

It’s similar with UK, the consoles are mainly used in FIFA and FPS games… When PS3 had these games without need for suscription payments, they created a healthy amount of followers, Nintendo didn’t had those games and Xbox and their suscriptions were not as appealing. What i have see ( live in spain) is a big amount of advertisement from nintendo these past months since the launch of switch 2
They’re seriously going to need a Switch 2 Pro with a good performance jump in say 2 years, some first party titles will run well and look decent but the hardware isn’t going to last a whole generation.. unless they’re doing it purposely so it looks a bigger jump when they release the next console. That doesn’t fool anyone though since PC advancing a good jump every 2 years with GPUs alone fetching 30-40% uplifts. And good processors are essential for physics etc.
I am going to skip any game that looks like ass and is only 30fps on Switch 2.
