Dusk Golem: Resident Evil 10 is currently aiming for a 2029 release

Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem has commented on Capcom’s plans for the mainline Resident Evil series of video games and says that the Japanese company is currently targeting 2029 for Resident Evil 10. Work has presumably finished on Resident Evil Requiem, which is out on the Nintendo Switch 2 and other platforms on 27th February. Here’s how things are apparently looking so far:

  • 2026 – Resident Evil Requiem and its DLC
  • 2027 – Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake
  • 2028 – Resident Evil 0 Remake
  • 2029 – Resident Evil 10 and perhaps DLC

  1. Wow… Capcom now turn completely into EA. This company is not a single cent worth anymore. Whoever runs the shop, needs to be fired right now! At that point, Resident Evil turned into another cash cow just like COD, Zelda, Mario or Sonic. No wonder why those games are horrible, the devs are getting a faster burnout form this rot.
