Resident Evil Requiem’s Grace actor says Capcom wanted “cinematic performances” and she’s really pleased she delivered

One of the stand outs of Resident Evil Requiem was the voice actor behind FBI agent Grace whose name is Angela Sant’Albano. Angela has said in a recent interview that Capcom really cared about making the performances feel cinematic even more so when they had the visual side of the project neatly tied together and the visuals along with the voice acting both combined to create a real sense of horror in the game.

“I think that’s what’s so wonderful about what I’m hearing from fans – them feeling that the performances were really real – is in part because Capcom really, really cared about making the performances feel cinematic in that way.”

“I think, honestly, the game itself looks so cinematic that I think they were like, ‘We need cinematic performances because we’re leveling up with our’… you know, the tech stuff that I don’t know anything about.”

    1. I was worried for 4 remake but I think they did a great job. After fan response to 3r, they seem to be treating remakes more carefully

  1. Definitely a strong performance from both actors. I hope we get to see these characters again in the future & that they do Billy Coen’s character justice in the RE0 Remake since his original voice actor, David Webster, did so well.
