Leon Kennedy’s voice actor says Resident Evil fans would “go ballistic” for Code Veronica remake

Leon Kennedy voice actor Nick Apostolides has stated in a new interview that he thinks Resident Evil: Code Veronica getting the remake treatment would send the fanbase wild, and he’s probably right about that. As you know Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem has been saying for a while that Capcom is gearing up to release a remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, so it seems likely Nick Apostolides will be dancing with joy when it finally gets announced.

“I would like to see a Code Veronica get remade because that, to me, was a very challenging game,” says Apostolides. “But the story of it was just so wild and weird, and I think if they did it in today’s RE Engine with today’s storytelling and grounded acting, I think that would be one hell of a game.”

“To see that game in the RE Engine, oh wow. If they announce that, I think fans are going to go ballistic,” adds Apostolides.

  1. It’s exciting to hear that even Leon Kennedy’s voice actor believes a Code: Veronica remake would get fans going crazy. The game has such an important place in the Resident Evil story, and seeing it rebuilt with modern graphics and gameplay would definitely be amazing. Hopefully Capcom listens to the fans and makes it happen! https://www.insulationsurrey.com
