Resident Evil insider Dusk Golem has revealed that Capcom is mulling over whether to do a remake of the handheld title Resident Evil Revelations. It seems as though the company is basically considering remaking everything in the series as Dusk Golem has previously said Resident Evil Code Veronica, Resident Evil 1 and Resident Evil 0 are all in the process of receiving the make over treatment. Capcom has not stated any remakes are in the works, but according to Dusk Golem Resident Evil: Code Veronica is next up.
There’s a reason the directors of Rev 1 & Rev 2 are the ones spearheading the franchise at present. The original idea may have been to tell a story setback in the past, but their foundations ended up being crucial. The possibility of doing a Rev 1 Remake has been tossed around.
We don’t need some nobody leaker saying capcom is gonna remake anything, we all know capcom is gonna remake everything anyway
Except niche titles, Dino Crisis, Mega Man Legends, Power Stone, and some others.
OK now, this is getting ridiculous.
A remaster would be enough to be honest. Both games have aged well, no need for a complete overhaul.
Here’s a better idea: NIP IT IN THE BUD AND MAKE MORE MEGA MAN GAMES INSTEAD!

Revelations 2 is the worst. Even Resi 5 was better.
