Final Fantasy VII Revelation announced, simultaneous release coming spring 2027

The final game announced during Summer Game Fest is the long-awaited final part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy which is officially titled, Final Fantasy VII Revelation. The game will come to all platforms simultaneously, so it won’t be on PlayStation 5 first and Switch 2 later, which will be a relief to many. Square Enix revealed a brand new trailer which you can watch down below.

  1. This looks… mid as hell, to be perfectly honest.
    Looks like they’ve learnt absolutely nothing from Rebirth’s failure, so this will undoubtedly be yet another flop.

    SE really need to get their shit together, they can’t keep going like this for much longer.

      1. It’s not even funny. Job systems are finally back, Vincent and Cid look and play amazingly well, the areas seem more involved instead of the empty ones in Rebirth filled by minigames left and right.

        I hate the idea of a remake that actually is a sequel but the game by itself looks spectacular.
