Xbox CEO Asha Sharma has lofty ambitious for the company as she said that she wants to become the number one gaming and entertainment company by 2030. It is unclear whether she is talking about as a video game publisher, which they are currently placed in second, or alternatively No.1 in the hardware space. The Xbox Game Showcase is on Sunday so we can all see what they have in store.
She also shut down reports that Microsoft wanted a 30% profit margin for the XBOX division, saying that the goal is not simply to hit a profit target. Instead, she said the focus is much bigger than that, with the aim of XBOX becoming the “number one gaming and entertainment company, and that’s what we’re going to go do” by 2030.
Well if that’s what you want your gonna have to do ALOT to make it happen. And actions speak louder than words.

In fact, the only Microsoft console that succeeded is the Xbox 360 (and it deserves it), it’s just a shame that the PS3 surpassed it in sales in the very end.
The consoles constantly overheated and broke down. Everyone around me, friends included, all got the Red Ring. If it wasn’t for that, I’d agree completely though.
But they didn’t work hard enough to achieve that, where are the high budget games ips! Where is Lost odyssey 2? They should have made at least 2 new very high budget games yearly in the past years to achieve that.

They got enough IP’s but they don’t have the heart, soul, or intelligence to do it. They are being dictated by outside investors, CEOs, and more that don’t care about video games, how well they are made, about the developers making them. Only about squeezing as much money as possible They can still be evil and nake money, look at EA and similar companies. But they will never be number one, they will never even be number two or three again. They call themselves number two, I call them BS. They cant even get Halo right. Halo 5 flopped and instead of trying to do better bnext time They abandoned the entire story and skipped the Infinite that also ended half way through it’s story, Microsoft considered that a Failure too and announced Infinites story would be skipped again in game and finished in a book. Now they are doing a a second one to one recreation oh Halo Combat Evolved again but not Including PVP because they want Halo PVP to be a Microtransaction filled $#@& show like it was during Infinite. Like you have to pay to pick out colors for your Spartan, come the @#$& on.
