Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising gets a Nintendo Switch 2 version in September

Arc System Works explosive fighting title Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will be getting a Nintendo Switch 2 version this September. The news was announced alongside a new DLC character named Id who is coming to the game on the very same date. You can expect Version 2.60 to launch alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 on 17th September. The Version 2.60 update will include the following content:

  • New downloadable content character Id
  • New stage
  • New system mechanic
  • Adjustments to system mechanics
  • Character adjustments
  • New costume

  1. New listing says Arc System is making a 3D fighting game the listung also says Koei Tecmo making a new IP codenmaes Fuji, Konami has a new console game and Square Enix as well. Back in like 2022 Arc System had hirings for someone who knew about big shonen IP so I have to wonder if this connects to that? They seem done with Bandai so Kodansha?
