Super hyped!
Not legal… then they’ll complain that Nintendo is going after this kind of stuff…
Why do you care nark
Uh, don’t insult me, poor kid…
And you’re contradicting yourself: just having a ROM makes the whole thing completely illegal whether you want it or not.
The creators are diverting a licensed product without authorization, which is also illegal.
Now go to bed, your mom is calling you…

Let’s Go mario500, convert truthbringer!
I can’t like comments because I don’t have an account. Could you like Mario500’s comments for me?
Who cares if it’s legal? It’s a 30 year old game that Nintendo is no longer making off of. This is not robbing anyone of anything.
I don’t understand people that have this weird loyalty to Nintendo where they want to play their lawyers.
Unsurprising really, fat whores like Sofiona have little else to do with their free time than shill.
She really needs to get back into the kitchen, where she belongs.
Your previous comments were already deleted as a warning to not do it again. If you keep harassing people, you could get banned.
That’s the troll. Just ignore them. Their whole schtick is ragebait.
So it should be ok for someone to just get something someone else made for free even if it is older? With this thinking every game more than 3-5 years old or last gen should be free.
This is literally the entitled little brat type of comment that if it was true ours companies under
Ohhh and people actually do get switch online to play this game soon it should not be free.
Well in an ideal world there would be an official way to buy every game ever made on modern consoles. But obviously that is not the case. I’d say if a game came out on a console that is discontinued, then emulating it is fair game. It’s not really stealing because the original developers are no longer making money off of those games.
Nintendo Switch Online is not a solution. Like 98% of games on old consoles never released on Nintendo Switch Online. If everyone agreed with people like you, the vast majority of old games would be lost to history. Calling wanting old games to be available being an “entitled little brat” is ridiculous. It’s called game preservation, something game companies don’t care about at all.
Let’s say someone said they wanted to play some old obscure game not playable on modern consoles (say Alundra on the PS1). Would would you suggest? Shelling out hundreds of dollars on eBay for an old console and a used copy of th game? Because that is the only other option aside from emulation.
