UK: Star Fox is No.1 and sold double the sales of Star Fox Zero on Wii U

The charts are in from the largest gaming market in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Star Fox has topped the physical video game chart landing at No.1. The Game Business editor Christopher Dring has said that the wonderfully enhanced remake of Star Fox 64 sold double that of Star Fox Zero for the Wii U and that sales are up 70% from Star Fox 64 3D launch on the Nintendo 3DS. Sadly we don’t have digital sales data, but on the physical front Star Fox on Nintendo Switch 2 has proved to be a hit on Nintendo Switch 2.

In the UK, Star Fox on Nintendo Switch 2 sold almost double what Star Fox Zero did during its opening week (physical sales only). Sales are also up about 70% on Star Fox 64 3D (Nielsen IQ data)

      1. It’s not bad at all, MrFrost is just a dumbass who can only parrot popular opinions instead of thinking for himself.

        1. No it had some very awkward and not fun controls. I got it and played through it once and never wanted to play it again due to the just not enjoyable controls. That being said some people did like it and that’s totally normal and acceptable as well just because I didn’t like it doesn’t counter people who do like it.Just because Frost has an opinion that’s different from yours doesn’t mean he’s a ‘dumbass’. Maybe one day people will learn that not everyone thinks the same and likes the same things.

          1. I wanna try it one of these days, but I don’t wanna have to set up my Wii U just to try a game I likely won’t fully enjoy. Maybe I’ll emulate it so I can have the second screen on my second monitor.

        2. It’s a good game, but the controls just ruined it for me. It’s an easy punching bag at times, but still quality for what it is. I am glad you enjoyed it though.
