Ubisoft’s promising reimagining of the classic Rayman Legends which is titled Rayman Legends Retold has scooped the award for Best Nintendo Switch 2 Game at this year’s Gamescom event which took place in Cologne, Germany. The official Rayman X account has posted a message stating that they are “extremely proud” to have won the award and thanking the fans for “showing their love and passion” for Rayman’s upcoming adventure.

It won because of Luchador. Every other game didn’t have Luchador, but this game does. And clearly Luchador is top five characters in all of fiction alongside Wario and big the cat.
