A post published to the official Just Dance account, which is in response to recent leaks, has said that it would reveal more on Just Dance: Decades of Hits on the 10th September. Those on social media have connected the dots and believe that this will be the date of the rumoured September Nintendo Direct as Ubisoft typically saves its Just Dance reveals for Nintendo Direct presentations. As always we will have to wait and see what transpires.

There’s not much to them really. It’s become a subscription game so they could technically just update the game with new dances, since the songs are all online anyways.
Reminds me of the FIFA BS that EA was pulling on the Wii U versions where all they did was update the roster and released a new game.

Directs are stupid. Just put the trailers online without making people watch shovelware to get to them. Video game ads have become too glorified, soon you’ll need to pay a subscription to see them
But that ruins the fun. It makes it fun knowing you don’t know what’s coming next, even though it might not be something for you. A lot of time can be wasted on some stuff like that stupid Tokyo scramble game from the partner direct February, but that makes the good announcements way more exciting.
Directs maybe used to be fun with Iwata’s personal touch. Like a new comic run where the first few issues are done by top creators before being handed off to the B-tier talent. I don’t need to keep a sense of loyalty to a business when the quality of anything goes down
You don’t have to watch if you don’t want to. They literally make all the trailers available to watch on their own, so just go look up whatever interests you from what gets shown.

Just dance is a disgrace because they would rather release a new game on that other Nintendo system than the Wii U. Nevertheless, I hope it’s true that we get a Nintendo direct soon.
