Monolith Soft has number of successful games under its belt and has helped out Nintendo with a large amount of support work on first party titles. Now an online retailer has listed Monolith Soft as the sole developer behind the eagerly awaited The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake. Whether this is the case remains to be seen, but it would certainly be an interesting development.
Thanks to Edward B and Zelda Whispers for sending in the news tip!

If it’s EPD3 + Monolith, I may personally like this retake. If it’s Western dev + Monolith, probably not. Just Monolith would be a toss up, I guess. Personally I just want a port of OOT3D to HD
Considering Monolith Soft have helped with the Zelda franchise since Skyward Sword, it wouldn’t be surprising.
That makes sense, they help out on a lot of titles. Splatoon Raiders was worked on by them, so I think it was.
Sounds more promising that it is the larger reimagining I would prefer then. I’d still like it if it was a nicer looking version of the original but its not nearly as interesting.
I believe it. EPD3 is probably working on the next mainline Zelda.
