A Japanese Pokemon franchise leaker has said on X that Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire will be arriving on 8th October. That’s the day after Pokemon Home is due to be updated to include support for Pokemon FireRed & Pokemon LeafGreen. At present this is just a rumour and The Pokemon Company has yet to announce Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire for Nintendo Switch systems.

I read on another site 3 days ago that Nintendo already confirmed this, looks like Nintendo beat the glory seeking leakers to the punch this time.
It’ll be digital only as well, naturally.✌️😁
