As promised The Pokemon Company have now included compatibility in Pokemon Home for the classic Pokemon games Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Leaf Green. The patch notes for the latest version of Pokemon Home are now here and Premium Plan subscribers will be pleased to note that you can now deposit 9,000 Pokemon, which is up from the previous 6,000. The legendary psychic and grass-type Pokemon, Celebi, is now unblocked in Pokemon Home by completing the Pokedex. Here’s what has changed:
- Added compatibility with Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen for Nintendo Switch.
- Players enrolled in a Premium Plan (paid) can now deposit 9,000 Pokémon, up from the previous 6,000. (The price of a Premium Plan in Pokémon HOME is not changing.)
- Support for 32-bit Android devices is ending.
- Celebi unlocked in Home by completing the Pokédex.
At least there’s value for purchasing the premium plan now that you can transfer 9k instead of 6k. I know people complain about the plan being too “expensive” but is it really when you get free Pokémon especially mythicals just for meeting certain conditions?
