On a sun-drenched island retreat, you and your friends and family can compete in various sports and activities designed to be easy to pick up and play for everyone. Put your skills to the test or travel around the island at your leisure – either solo, in local multiplayer or via an online Friend Lobby. Enjoy the sights, complete objectives and find hidden surprises.
Before you start, you can enjoy a round of Jump Rope to get the blood pumping. Then, when you’re ready, check out everything the island has to offer:
- Fun & Games: There are 12 sports to get you up and moving. Use Joy-Con 2 motion controls to engage in some spirited sparring with Boxing, let your arrows fly in Archery, and power up your thumbs and pin your opponent in Thumb Wrestling. If you’re looking for a single-player challenge, climb through the ranks to take on the Island Champions in the new Island Crown Mode. And who knows, you might get good enough to earn the chance to take on a Legend.
- Leisurely Exploration: In Skateboarding, Power Cruising and Prop Plane, you can also go for a sightseeing tour and freely explore the island. Be sure to grab Spocco Photos scattered around as they can give you information on must-see sightseeing spots.
- Make it Your Own: Play and earn Spocco Points which can be redeemed in the Item Center for clothing, sporting equipment, hairstyles and more. Whether you’re rocking the Sportsmate or Mii character look, there are all sorts of items and clothing you can unlock.
