I’ll be interested to see if GTA6 really expands the PS5 install base much, or if most people planning on buying the game either already own the console or are waiting until the game’s PC launch. I foresee a bigger bump than last year for the platform, but honestly I really don’t expect it to be that much since the system is already six-years old and I think most people who’re planning on buying GTA6 have likely already had the system for awhile. I hope the Switch 2 has a strong Christmas quarter though between Fire Emblem, Switch Sports, and Zelda.
Same, feel like a lot of kids want to play GTA6, but parents won’t buy them a ps5 just for an m rated game. I feel like most GTA fans already own a Xbox or PlayStation.
