Ubisoft have officially confirmed the existence of Red Steel 2 and state that the highly anticipated game will be available for the Nintendo Wii this winter.

Whilst this information was unveiled via Ubisofts official website, their Twitter team posted a tantalizing glimpse of what we can expect. More information regarding the game is due to follow shortly, with both Nintendo Power and the Official Nintendo Magazine running in-depth exclusives starting next week.

Nintendo Wii: Swinging Wii Remote Lazily Could Damage Arm

An article recently posted in the New York Times suggest that Wii owners could be damaging themselves by lazily swinging the remote, rather than doing complete full gestures.

The problem can apparently occur when the player discovers that there’s no need to fully swing your arm in games such as Wii Sports and instead use a simply quick flick of the wrist, causing what’s commonly known as ‘tennis elbow’.

Nintendo have officially announced that their planned Wii video channel is set to launch in May.

The video channel, which is a join venture between Nintendo and media firm Densu, will be freely available to download in Japan in May. Once the application is downloaded, Wii users can then register up to eight Mii characters to integrate with what can only be described as ‘a virtual living room’.

EA Sports are to bundle both Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2010 and Grand Slam Tennis with Wii MotionPlus.
