A number of sketches and an information sheet which is reportedly from Super Smash Bros Universe have managed to find their way onto a Japanese imageboard and have been picked up by 4Chan. Along with the character sketches more information has leaked about the characters that will be making an appearance. Super Smash Bros has already been confirmed for both Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

It says something about using crocodiles (Kremlings/Klaptraps?) as part of his moveset, along with cannonballs. The last line describes using great power to summon his ship. It will then fire cannonballs on the stage. (Final Smash?)Ghirahimu

You people who are already believing this need to realize that these are mere rumors as of now and until any of it is confirmed, you should take this information with a grain of salt. I want characters like Ghirahim in ssb4 as much as the next guy but don’t get your hopes up until there’s legitimate information out.

Summoning Demise for his Final Smash would be pretty lame. Demise was a cakewalk.
Unless if they make it a souped up version of the Imprisoned.
My reading of the article is that you’d be able to PLAY as Demise while his final smash is in progress, hence you’d choose how difficult a foe Demise was in Smash Bros.
Like how Wario Man or Giga Bowser work in Brawl.
However, he was still a great boss. It’d be pretty cool if Ghirahim turned into the sword and then Demise came in and used it.

You can’t have a street fighter character, they are a fighting genre character, it would be like succeeding to your rival if Capcom gave their main fighting character to another fighting game. Why do I doubt that Rare’s Kremling characters will be in the game? Yes they’re owned by Nintendo but I think there’s a reason they weren’t in Donkey Kong Country Returns.

They’re not in DKC Returns because Retro wanted to make something new. That’s it. There is no grand conspiracy or cross-company rule at play here.

Diddy Kong – or anyone, for that matter – didn’t appear in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, the only DK game that came out between Melee and Brawl that mattered one iota. He still made it into Brawl.
Different developers have different desires and plans, and one game isn’t going to change everything. King K. Rool is the most common villain in the Donkey Kong series, not counting DK himself (which Smash does not), and he’s also the only villain they could add who *could* be playable in any real extent. (Have the people questioning this even played DKC Returns and seen the final boss? That guy can obviously not be playable, and is frankly likely to never appear again anyway.) Returns is just one game, and Smash carries more weight. Diddy Kong only has his Peanut Popguns and jetpack in Returns because he has them in Brawl – Retro’s stated they didn’t look to DK64, their origin, for influence, so it’s the only place they could have gotten the idea from. If K. Rool made it into Smash, you bet a new DKC game would have him in it, no questions asked.
Nintendo can use the Kremlings, similar to how they are allowed to use Diddy Kong who was also created by Rare.

Ridley is a huge-ass monster, Slime is a tiny tinkle. Neither of them seem probable.
Olimar, Kirby, and Bowser say hi. Size has no meaning in Smash Bros.
But considering Ridley’s size, he’s much bigger than Bowser. Remember his role in Subspace Emissary?
shrink ridley down to donkey kongs size. in EVERY mario adventure game bowser is at least 2 times larger then he is in any spin-off game, with the exception of mario soccer, and maybe mario power tennis. therefore they shrink him down to DK size and voila you have a perfectly playable character.
Slime would most likely be a 3DS playable character or some type of trohpy assist

I am 90% sure it IS finished. The Japanese release is not very far away. And you have to ya know, make copies of the game, package it, distribute it, etc. If they AREN’T done then they’re probably just working out bugs which would only require a team of 5 people at the most.
Who said development for Kid Icarus: Uprising isn’t finished, for the most part? It /was/ delayed due to Nintendo spreading out their video game releases so as not to have a bunch fo them at once. It’s entirely possible that they’ve started work on SSB.

-Mario Sports Mix and Fortune Street (as well as Itadaki Street DS) both include Slime and other DQ characters, I’d say there’s no issue here.

Heh, I’m going with fake for one interesting reason:
The images were taken with a Nintendo DS camera. We can tell this by looking at the EXIF data, which is hard (but not impossible) to fake. Of course, this doesn’t rule out the fact that a Nintendo employee might be behind it, but it seems unlikely that he would whip out a Nintendo DSi and start shooting images whilst being at work… I mean, wouldn’t you use a mobile phone?
Also interesting is the fact that both the Ridley and the “memo” images were taken YESTERDAY, whereas the Slime was taken back on September 24.
Again, this doesn’t PROOVE anything, but we should consult Occum’s Razor on this; that which is most likely is most likely true.

Slime isn’t confirmed as a character, just possibly an Assist Trophy, and these are RUMORS.
Wiggler was a fantastic inclusion into Mario Kart 7 due to his anger animations alone. Honey Queen was a far worse inclusion that no one asked for. Lubba would be better to represent Mario Galaxy more, or at least Waluigi if they were going to add in Waluigi’s Pinball.

The developpement is not started yet… but it is possible that Sakurai is already thinking on what can be included in the game…

Ok this is so fake it hurts. I know Slime was in Fortune Street but he is nit a good character for this game, get a better Square character like Gino or Crono. Paper Mario: Would make some sense, hammering and jumping and stuff. Since Paper Mario 3D will come out, final smash could be the scissors. ALSO Paper Mario related items could come out in the stage (I am freaking obsessed with Paper Mario games >.>).
Young Link (with the 3 transformation masks): Hey, Pokemon Trainer gets to have his 3 Pokemon, so why can’t Young Link turn into a Goron or Deku Shrub or… I forget the other one.
Zoroark: Well I like it but it’s main thing is the illusion ability, when the heck will it use THAT? Well I guess it could appear as another character when it starts the battle, like in Pokemon BW, and then you attack him and POOF he’s a Zoroark! Yeah, that makes sense! =D

It’s a shame some people can’t tell a fake when they see it, especially since the game hasn’t even been given a name yet, let alone even started development. Although Ghirahim and Krystal are pretty obvious guesses, I highly doubt the others making it past the drawing board.

The lack of a female Pokemon Trainer (either Dawn, Lyra, or Hilda) and another Mario character (Waluigi, Daisy, or Bowser Jr. have the chance to take that spot) makes me think this information is fake.

I said before I thought this list was plausible, and Still do, however, what I mean by that is that if this list really is legit, considering how early the game must be in development, this is probably a list of new/3rd party characters they are CONSIDERING including, or want to include. When you think of it that way, it is very plausible. Sonic is probably in the list because as someone said they will need to pay to get him in again, which means Solid Snake may not be making a second appearance. I would definitely like to see some characters on this list personally.

I have wonderful hopes for this upcoming system and it’s games. For one, i can say this is a must-buy for any Nintendo Fans out there.
My Wish List.
1.Megaman EXE[From Battle Network]
It would be an excellent choice, due to the fact it’s features seem fitting for this game. And besides, if Megaman EXE is seen in this game in a 2D view, it is a perfect chance to reboot the cancled Megaman Transmission games for the Wii U.
2.Sylux or Dark Samus
Don’t you think it’s time that Samus get’s a rival accompanying her through the Smash Bro. Universe?[And hopefully they update Samus’ suit to match with Metroid Primes armor.]
3.Ghirahim
I’ve seen a mod of Ghirahim in SSBB of Marth. It fitted somewhat perfectly, due to the fact that Marth has somewhat of sabre blade strikes.
4.Impa/Zelda
Rather than just having Zelda morph into Sheik, Impa can appear near her and switch away to defend her highness.
5.Death, the Pale Horseman
Since the game Darksiders II is being featured in the Wii U, i think it would be awesome to see him in there. The graphics, fighting shematics, and a bit of something seem to fit into the game.
I would have an expanded list, but for now, these people are in my mind. They are aligned in order, from a really-want-him/her-in there to a i-don’t-expect-him/her-to-be-there scale.
